One to One is our flexible, individually focused and personalised development programme.

Tailored to the individual, One to One develops effective business skills that enable our clients to improve business performance.

Our approach is to design and create development programmes that help you achieve your desired outcomes. One to One may include coaching, mentoring, psychometric testing, and similar developmental processes, tailored specifically to your requirements.

We have worked with directors and equally we have worked with junior managers. We have introduced our clients to business coaching, mentoring and other learning processes, acting in advisory capacity, for clients such as:

We offer a breadth of experience and a wealth of different styles. Choosing a coach or mentor can be a difficult and frustrating task. We profile each of our team against your particular requirements and circumstances in an effort to provide the best possible fit - clients have full approval rights over coaches chosen.

Our One to One approach is very flexible - for example, it may consist of face to face sessions, phone sessions, on-line interactions or a combination of all three. This means that sessions can be planned to fit in with the day to day work of delegates.
